What is the Kumamoto Consultation and Support Plaza for Foreign Residents? 

A comprehensive consultation desk for foreigners providing information and consultation services regarding aspects of general life, such as residency procedures, employment, healthcare, welfare, childbirth, childrearing, education, and more. 

We provide consultation on various aspects of daily life, such as wanting to interact with Japanese or foreigners, wanting to study Japanese more, or not knowing where to evacuate in the event of a disaster.

Plaza Information

Location: Kumamoto City International Center 2F (4-18, Hanabata-cho, Chuo-ku, Kumamoto City)

Available Consultation Dates: Whenever the International Center is open

　*Closed days: 2nd, 4th Mondays (If Monday falls on a public holiday, the following weekday), year end and new-year holidays

Opening Hours: 10時00分 AM – 6時00分 PM

Eligibility: Foreign Residents, citizens, organizations accommodating foreigners

Consultation Topics: General life aspects, such as residence procedures, employment, healthcare, welfare, childbirth, childrearing, and more
