Overview of the Disaster Medical Interpretation Service for Kumamoto Earthquake Relief
Eligibility: Medical institutions, first-aid facilities, and other similar facilities affected by the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake
*Medical institutions must apply to use this service. Foreign nationals receiving medical care who wish to use this service should inform the staff at their medical institution.
Support Provided: Telephone interpretation through the remote medical interpretation service mediPhone (free of charge)

Hours: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
